Boston Lightworks Cape St. George Lighthouse Lamp
Built in 1852 in Apalachicola, this now-deactivated lighthouse stands alone on an uninhabited island, withstanding for many years assaults by nature and by man. Efforts are currently underway to save and restore this 72-foot-tall grand beacon, but unfortunately, its future is still uncertain.
